Welcome to the web home of Hidden Pines Christmas Tree Farm in Clyde, Ohio!
We are busy preparing for the 2024 season. There are many things to do during our off season. We are planting and tending to our trees, restocking the gift shop and planning new and exciting upgrades.
All fields will be open again this year except our newly planted hidden field in the far south part of the farm. We anticipate having about 700 trees priced in the field and ready for you to choose.
It's not just quantity that has improved, our quality has too as evidenced by our recent success in competition at the Ohio State Fairs!
We have a beautiful selection of Scotch Pine and Canaan Fir again this year for you to cut as well as over 100 increasingly popular Concolor fir. We should have some nice Black Hills Spruces available this year. Remember all spruces are best as a late cut tree and we don't recommend them for customers that want to cut on Thanksgiving weekend. December cutting for spruces will give you a great experience though! Last year the cut-your-own trees were all reserved prior to Thanksgiving and we expect this year to be the same. Please come on one of our early weekends before Thanksgiving to tag and reserve a tree if you wish to cut your own....even if you don't want to cut it down until our last day of the season on December 20. If you miss out on the "cut-your-own" trees or are unable to cut a tree yourself we will have plenty of beautiful precut trees to choose from. We will be into our third year with our Michigan supplier. Last year's Fraser firs from Michigan were excellent quality, but we didn't have many large trees. We will try again this year to get some bigger trees to chose from. The market is very tight nationally for big trees, but we will do our best. We will also be bringing up fresh pines and spruces cut daily from our farm to supplement the firs on our pre-cut lot. These were really popular last year!
We will be opening for tree tagging Saturday, November 9 beginning at 10:00 a.m. If the supplies hold we will have two or three weekends of tagging. Things can be a little hectic that morning so please be patient with us.

Order your fresh wreaths and grave decorations early as things start to back up as the season progresses. You may call or text your order in if you want to get in line early.

We grow Canaan Fir, Fraser fir, Concolor (White) fir, Colorado Blue spruce, Norway spruce, Black Hills Spruce, as well as Scotch and White pine. We are also experimenting with a few Korean and Turkish firs....stay tuned.
